How to Choose

Choose a linear slot diffuser by the duct opening.

The product size refers to the duct opening—not the outside face of the old vent. Measure both inside dimensions, then use the product page to verify neck size, face size and airflow performance.

Measure both dimensions

Measure the inside edges of the duct opening. A 6 × 12 opening is the same physical opening as 12 × 6.

Use width to understand slots

Airvian uses 1-inch slots. Every 2 inches of duct opening width corresponds to one slot.

Verify dimensions and airflow

Each product page lists neck size, face size, slot quantity, CFM, effective velocity and installation details.
